Hello, I'm Elise
I make the hard stuff
feel human.
I've spent over a decade designing learning for retail, tech, healthcare and public sector teams, from first-job induction to executive development. My favourite brief is the one that starts with “nobody wants to do this training”.
My work sits at the meeting point of performance, psychology and play. I ask a lot of questions, prototype early, and design for the messy reality of a Tuesday afternoon at work.
